The Busch Group is a second-generation family business founded in 1981 with locations in Germany, the Czech Republic and Croatia. The core competences of the company include the development, production and marketing of ballistic helmets, fire helmets, sports helmets and anti-riot equipment.

In the late 80s, the company Busch PROtective has developed considerable know-how through the development of the still current combat helmet for the German Federal Armed Forces and has continued to develop ever since. Since then, Busch PROtective has been a leading manufacturer on the global combat helmets market and continues to expand its market position through constant new developments, such as the EBSP process.

In 2014, Busch PROtective will achieve two more milestones with new helmets. On the one hand, it presents the first specially developed anti-riot helmet, which is unique due to its low weight and increased performance on the market. On the other hand, a completely newly developed PE helmet was presented.

With these steps, Busch PROtective consistently expands its product portfolio and thus becomes a cross-industry helmet manufacturer.
